Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and processing begins. An order may be cancelled or refunded when stock is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed or an obvious pricing error occurred.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Remote areas, courier delays, public holidays and incomplete addresses may extend delivery time.
Returns
